S veľkou radosťou pozývame na intenzívny retreat s Norbu Tsering Rinpoche v Zaježovej. Na tomto ústraní sme požiadali Rinpocheho, aby vysvetlil 11. kapitolu Saraha’s nyingtik, ktorá sa zaoberá dzogchenovym náhľadom cyklu Tröma Nagmo a tiež prax Štyroch hostín. Ako podporu použije komentár od Dudjom Rinpocheho. Ústranie je určené pre všetkých, ktorí si želajú ísť do hĺbky v praxi cyklu Tröma Nagmo. Pokiaľ nemáte zmocnenie potrebné pre štúdium a prax tohto cyklu, napíšte nám to, prosím, pri prihlásení.
Retreat bude prebiehať v prírodnom prostredí lazov Zaježová – stredné Slovensko, blízko Zvolena. Viac informácií o centre: www.centrumlong.sk. Ubytovanie je v malých domčekoch, na posteli alebo madraci. Počas celého retreatu bude zabezpečená vegetariánska strava.
Kapacita miesta je obmedzená na 16 ľudí. Na mieste bude zabezpečený preklad do slovenčiny od Martina Námešného.

Retreat začína 30.9. o 10.00 a končí 1.10. o 17.00. Môžete prísť už 29.9. večer a odísť 2.10. doobeda.

Cena retreatu: 66 € ( cena zahŕňa organizačné náklady, v cene nie je dar pre Rinpočheho). Dar – dánu pre Rinpočhe budete môcť dať na mieste v hotovosti.
Cena za stravu: 15 € za celodennú vegetariánsku stravu (raňajky, obed a večera).
Cena za ubytovanie: 15 € za ubytovanie je v komfortnej chate na posteli alebo madraci.

Životopis Norbu Tsering Rinpočhe – súhrnný životný príbeh držiteľa línie Pema Lhundruba Dordžeho.

Norbu Tsering Rinpočhe, ktorý sa nazýva aj „Dungzin Pema Lhundrub Dordže“ ako nositeľ duchovnej rodinnej línie, sa narodil uprostred osláv tibetského Nového roka „Lesného tigra“ (1974) ako syn lamu Gangri Tenzina Rinpočheho a Kalden Wangmo an Losar. Na tretí deň po jeho narodení traja ngakpovia usporiadali dymovú obetu (Pak-sang) a dali mu meno Norbu Tsering.

Keď mal päť rokov, Churi Lama Rinpočhe, známy aj ako „Jampa Guru“, ho uznal za reinkarnáciu opáta kláštora Čičer Lang v Dolpo v severnom Nepále. Otec Norbu Tseringa, sám známy jogín, povedal:
„Byť označený za reinkarnáciu nemá žiadnu hodnotu. Ale ten, kto má skutočné vlastnosti, je reinkarnácia, ktorá sa sama od seba vtelí.“
A otec už nevenoval žiadnu pozornosť titulu reinkarnácia. Keď mal Tulku Tsewang Rinpočhe (syn Golok Serta Rinpočheho) osem rokov, opýtal sa Gangri Tenzina Rinpočheho, otca Norbu Tseringa Rinpočheho: „Drahý lama, tvoj syn nie je ako ostatné deti. Nemal by nasledovať duchovnú cestu?“ Jeho otec odpovedal kladne. Za ďalší priaznivý deň si vybrali 15. deň lunárneho mesiaca a Tulku Csewang Rinpočhe mu odstrihol pramienok vlasov, čím mu dal sľub útočišťa a meno „Pema Lhündrup Dordže“.
Prvé učenie a odovzdávanie Dharmy prijal vo veku ôsmich rokov, čo znamenalo začiatok jeho výcviku. Vo veku 20 rokov Norbu Tsering Rinpočhe dokončil prípravné cvičenia, prijal splnomocnenia, predania a učenia Dharmy a absolvoval ústranie z cyklu „Könchog Dschindü“ od Jatson Nyingpo. Prijal tiež splnomocnenia, prenosy, učenia Dharmy a absolvoval ústranie Chödu „Rinčen Trengwa“. Okrem toho prijal splnomocnenia, prenosy, učenia Dharmy a prešiel ústraním Düdžom Thröma a prijal ďalšie dôležité prenosy.
V rámci štúdia strávil 9 rokov na kláštornej univerzite Samye Jedren Shedra a študoval početné diela o budhistickej filozofii. Pri prehlbovaní svojej praxe sa stretol s Dilgo Khyentse Rinpočhem, Penor Rinpočhem, Dungse Thrinley Norbu Rinpočhem, Khenchen Thubten Rinpočhem, Taklung Tsetrul Rinpočhem, Chatral Rinpočhem, Trülshig Rinpočhe, Nyoshul Khen Rinpočhe, Sakya Khen Kunga Rinpočhe, Tulku Tsepag Rinpočhe, Dagpo Rinpočhe, Karti Lachung Rinpočhe, Khen Yeshe Sangpo Rinpočhe a mnoho ďalších. Od nich získal kompletné základné učenie, vysvetlenia, prenosy tradícií pokladov (terma) a dlhej tradície (kama), ktoré si zvnútornil. Absolvoval tiež ústrania a najdôležitejšie meditačné sekvencie tradície Düdžom-Tersar.
Jeho otec mu často hovoril: „Musíš byť intronizovaný ako vajra majster!“, s čím Norbu Tsering Rinpočhe po niekoľkých rokoch súhlasil. V mužskom roku ohnivého psa (2006) jeho vážený otec Gangri Tenzin Rinpočhe za prítomnosti mnohých lámov, mníchov a ngakpov spolu s obyčajnými ľuďmi vykonal vo svojom kláštore Pema Choling Drupdra jeho intronizáciu za vajra majstra. V súčasnosti má na starosti kláštor Pema Choling, o ktorý sa stará.
Od roku 2014 je Rinpočhe každoročne pozývaný do Nemecka, aby tam vyučoval Buddhadharmu, a od roku 2015 Rinpočhe vyučuje aj v iných európskych krajinách.

With great joy we invite you for the intense retreat with Norbu Tsering Rinpoche in Zaježová. For this event we asked Rinpoche to explain the 11th chapter from Saraha Nyigthig, which is dealing with dzogchen view in Tröma Nagmo cycle and also the practice of Four Feasts. As a support he will use comentary by Dudjom Rinpoche Jigdral Y. Dorje.
Event is for all who aspire to penetrate deeper into the Tröma Nagmo cycle. In the case you have not recieved wang yet, needed for practice and study of this cycle, let as know, please, while applying for retreat.

Retreat will be in the nature place Zajezova – central Slovakia near Zvolen. More information about the centre: www.centrumlong.sk. Accomodation is in the small houses on the bed or madrac. The vegetarian food is provided for all retreat. The capacity of the place is limited to 16 people.

Retreat starts 30.9. at 10.00 am, and ends 1.10. at 17.00 pm. You can come 29.9. and leave 2.10.

Biography of Norbu Tsering Rinpoche – the summarised life story of the lineage holder Pema Lhundrub Dorje:
Norbu Tsering Rinpoche, who is also called „Dungzin Pema Lhundrub Dorje“ as the holder of his spiritual family lineage, was born in the midst of the celebrations on the Tibetan New Year’s Day of the „Wood Tiger Year“(1974) as the son of Lama Gangri Tenzin Rinpoche and Kalden Wangmo an Losar. On the third day after his birth, three Ngakpas held a smoke offering (Pak-sang) and gave him the name Norbu Tsering.

When he was five years old, he was recognised by Churi Lama Rinpoche, also known as „Jampa Guru“, as the reincarnation of the abbot of the monastery of Chicher Lang in Dolpo in northern Nepal. Norbu Tsering’s father, himself a well-known yogi, said:
„To be labelled as a reincarnation is of no value. But one who possesses genuine qualities, is a self-arisen reincarnation.“
And the father no longer paid any attention to the title of reincarnation. When he was eight years old, Tulku Tsewang Rinpoche (the son of Golok Serta Rinpoche) asked Gangri Tenzin Rinpoche, the father of Norbu Tsering Rinpoche: „Dear Lama, your son is not like other children. Shouldn’t he follow a spiritual path?“ His father replied in the affirmative. They chose the 15th day of the lunar month as the next auspicious day and Tulku Tsewang Rinpoche cut off a lock of his hair, giving him the refuge vows and the name „Pema Lhündrup Dorje“.

He received his first Dharma teachings and transmissions at the age of eight, which marked the beginning of his training. By the age of 20, Norbu Tsering Rinpoche had completed the preparatory exercises, received the empowerments, transmissions and Dharma teachings and completed the retreat of the cycle of „Könchog Dschindü“ by Jatson Nyingpo. He also received the empowerments, transmissions, Dharma teachings and went through the retreat of the Chöd „Rinchen Trengwa“. Furthermore, he received the empowerments, transmissions, Dharma teachings and went through the retreat of the Düdjom Thröma and received further important transmissions.

For his studies he spent 9 years at the monastic university Samye Jedren Shedra and studied the numerous works on Buddhist philosophy. While deepening his practice, he met Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Penor Rinpoche, Dungse Thrinley Norbu Rinpoche, Khenchen Thubten Rinpoche, Taklung Tsetrul Rinpoche, Chatral Rinpoche, Trülshig Rinpoche, Nyoshul Khen Rinpoche, Sakya Khenchen Kunga Rinpoche, Tulku Tsepag Rinpoche, Dagpo Rinpoche, Karti Lachung Rinpoche, Khen Yeshe Sangpo Rinpoche and many more. From them he received the complete core teachings, explanations, transmissions of the traditions of treasures (terma) and long tradition (kama), which he internalised. He also completed the retreats and most important meditation sequences of the Düdjom-Tersar tradition.

His father often told him: „You must be enthroned as a vajra master!“, which Norbu Tsering Rinpoche agreed to after a few years. In the male fire-dog year (2006), his esteemed father Gangri Tenzin Rinpoche, in the presence of many lamas, monks and ngakpas, together with ordinary people, performed his enthronement as vajra master in his monastery Pema Choling Drupdra. He is currently in charge of the Pema Choling monastery under his care.
Since 2014, Rinpoche has been invited to Germany every year to teach the Buddhadharma there, and since 2015 Rinpoche has also been teaching in other European countries.
